By accessing our website or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our website and services are offered to customers subject to the conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are intended to establish the legal relationship between you as the site visitor or customer and us as the service provider.

Appointments and Booking

All appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or through approved communication platforms. Arrival times for mobile services are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen delays. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if appropriate working conditions are not met, if the vehicle presents hazards, or in cases of inappropriate customer behavior.

Cancellations and Scheduling Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the appointment time may be treated as a no-show and may result in a full charge. Rescheduling is permitted if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Payments

Payment is required upon completion of services, unless alternative terms have been approved in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment options. Certain services may require non‑refundable deposits, particularly for lengthy, specialty, or high‑value detailing work.

Vehicle Condition and Additional Charges

Prices listed on our website reflect vehicles in standard condition. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazard materials, or other factors requiring extended labor. If the vehicle's condition presents safety concerns or if the environment is unsuitable for detailing, we may refuse service.

Customer Responsibilities

Before service, we ask customers to please to remove personal belongings from the vehicle. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside. Customers must also disclose any known mechanical issues, electrical problems, leaks, aftermarket accessories, or fragile components that could affect detailing work. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing issues, weakened components, or modifications.

Weather Policy (Mobile Services)

Mobile detailing may be impacted by weather conditions. In cases of heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures, we may reschedule the appointment or modify the service as necessary.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues identified. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content or functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce any material without explicit permission.
